Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Pamwworld, we strive to ensure that you love every purchase you make with us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you.
Returns & Exchange Eligibility
• All items purchased from Pamwworld are non-returnable.
• However, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- You may exchange the same product for a different size, or
- Exchange for a different product of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, must
be paid by the customer).
• Each order is eligible for a maximum of two exchanges. After that, we reserve the right to decline further requests.
How to Request an Exchange

Your request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
Once your request is approved, we will share the return shipping address via email. You will be required to send the product back to our warehouse.
Exchange Process
• The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
• After receiving the product, our team will inspect the item.
• Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched.
• Delivery of the exchanged item will take approximately 7–10 business days.
Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:
• Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• Returned with all original tags intact
• Packed in the original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at pamwworld@gmail.com.
• The product must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.
• Our team will review the issue and take appropriate action, such as repair or replacement.
• The return shipping cost will initially be borne by the customer, but reimbursement may be processed after verification.
Important Notes
• Pamwworld only accepts exchange requests for purchases made directly through our website.
• Products purchased from third-party retailers or offline stores are not eligible under this policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.
