Shipping Coverage 
• We ship across India and internationally.  
• All orders are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.  

Shipping Charges 
• Within India: Free shipping on all orders.  
• International Orders: A flat shipping fee of INR 2,500 will be applied.  

Duties & Taxes (International Orders) 
• International shipments may be subject to custom duties and taxes as per your country’s 
regulations.  
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.  
• The courier company will contact you once the shipment arrives in your country for  payment of applicable charges.  
• Prompt payment is required to avoid delivery delays.  

Delivery Timeline 
• Ready-to-Ship Products: Delivered within 7–10 business days.  
• Made-to-Order / Other Products: Delivered within 15 business days.  
• International Orders: Delivered within 15 working days from the date of order 
confirmation.  

Order Tracking 
• Once your order is placed, our team will share tracking details via WhatsApp within 24 
hours.  

Cash on Delivery (COD) 
Within India: 
• COD is available in most locations, including all metro cities and major Tier 2 cities.  
• Some remote or Tier 3 locations may not be serviceable for COD.

International Orders: 
• COD is not available for international deliveries.  
• All international orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment gateway in 
INR (Indian Rupees).  

Important Notes 
• Pamwworld is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, 
or unforeseen circumstances.  
• While we use trusted courier partners, we are not liable for packages lost in transit, 
though we will assist you in resolving the issue.
